Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform code—excluding your personal data—are the intellectual property of CryptoStash. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without permission.
Termination
CryptoStash may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CryptoStash is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data or other features.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoStash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The 'Last Updated' date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
